Is this an official government website?
No. Bhu Sathi is an independent service, not affiliated with any government agency. We compile data from the public Bhulekh portal into a clean Excel file. For legally valid records, always consult the Odisha Revenue Department.
How long until my file is ready?
Villages we have already compiled download instantly. On-demand villages are pulled fresh from Bhulekh after purchase — usually ready in about 5 minutes, tracked under My Orders. You can close the page; it keeps working.
What is inside the Excel file?
Every khatiyan (Record of Rights) for the village, grouped by record: the full owner block (name, father, caste, residence), plot number, kisam, area in acres & decimals, gram panchayat, and coordinates where available.
What if a village can’t be prepared?
If a scrape fails, the order is marked failed under My Orders and you are entitled to a full refund — just contact us. See our Refunds policy for details.
